At Coway, we are committed to maintaining transparency in our business practice by focusing on our ethics management campaign known as 3C (Code of Conduct, Compliance Check Organization, Consensus by Ethic Education) as part of our Clean Coway corporate culture.
To incorporate “Clean Coway” in our corporate-wide business practice, we have established Ethics Charter, Ethics Rules and Ethics Guidelines as part of our efforts to set detailed guidelines for ethical compliance.
Our stakeholders including employees, suppliers, and customers can report any violations of our policy on ethical conduct to the Ethics Report Center. In 2017, 219 cases were reported and handled by our Analysis Team, Compliance Management Team, sales management organization, and CCM Team. The center is dedicated to preventing unethical practices and protecting the value of Clean Coway.
The Ethics Report Center accepts reports via mail, fax and online. When a report is received, the Ethics Management Office conducts an investigation while sharing cases and conducting training to prevent recurrence of the same or similar cases if necessary.
At Coway, we raise awareness of our employees and those of suppliers through ethical management campaigns and monitoring of conduct. In addition, we conduct training on a regular basis to maintain our ethical values and commitment.
